I needed a very specialist imported product from Canada and after a bit of communication via Line and some helpful advice from the staff, they managed to source exactly what I was looking for.
The team were professional, discreet and very helpful throughout the process. It took a little relationship building and messaging back and forth, but they were patient and made the effort to help rather than just saying they didn’t have it.
If you’re looking for something quite specific or imported that isn’t always easy to find, this place is worth asking. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and clearly willing to go the extra mile to help customers.
