With no choice we called up Shanhua Penang, the Chinese auntie wasn't even hearing our complaints and simply told us, "u just wait la", even I told her it's ridiculous being for an hour, at last she jist cut off my line 😠😠 I strongly a discourage everyone wanted to consider this company for transportation to Hatyai.
