Ich hatte das Vergnügen, dieses kleine Restaurant zu besuchen – und was soll ich sagen: absolute Empfehlung! Der Besitzer ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und schafft vom ersten Moment an eine angenehm warme Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend: frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und geschmacklich auf einem Niveau, das man in dieser Preisklasse selten findet. Jeder Teller war ein Volltreffer. Besonders charmant fand ich den Garten mit den vielen Tieren, die dem Ort eine wirklich besondere, gemütliche und fast schon magische Stimmung verleihen. Das Gesamtpaket aus gutem Essen, herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und dem idyllischen Ambiente macht den Besuch zu einer Erfahrung, die man gerne wiederholt. Klare Empfehlung – hier stimmt einfach alles!

Honestly, I have no idea how this place gets so many positive reviews. I paid over 200 baht for a tiny, tasteless sandwich — dry bread, sad ingredients, and absolutely zero flavor. The taste? Nonexistent. The portion? Laughable. And to top it off, I left still hungry. It’s the kind of place that makes you wonder if you’ve been tricked by good marketing or fake photos. Honestly, a huge disappointment. There are much better spots in Koh Phangan.

One of my favorite spots in Koh Phangan! Swiss Pharmacy is such a special place. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s a whole experience! There are pig, sheep, chickens, ducks, and friendly dogs wandering around like , which gives it a real farm vibe that’s super fun and relaxing. The atmosphere is always chill, the people are friendly, and the music is always good. The food is amazing! Honestly, everything we’ve tried from the menu has been delicious. We’ve eaten there many times and never been disappointed. I especially love their Friday special burger, their paninis, and the special kebab ,all so tasty and made with love. It’s the perfect spot to hang out, enjoy great food, and just soak in the island vibes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good energy, great food, and a happy place to spend time! 🌿💚

What a gem. Really fantastic antepasti plate to start: perfectly cured and smoked bacon, delicious pickles, great cheese and tasty salami. The frankfurter with sauerkraut was very good. The excellent food and drinks were matched by equally great service. The waitress was lovely and the owner personable, pleasant and informative. Above all, they cook and serve with sincerity and the island is better for it. Looking forward to a return.

I came on Saturday for Kebab , it was really nice, enjoyed it. My son played with very smart parrots. Attentive service and welcomed owner. Definitely will come back for more dishes to try

Amazing food but the environment could be cleaner inside and seating area.

Very impressed! In my 3 years all over Thailand this is the best burger I’ve had. Homemade bread, juicy meat, perfectly melted cheese, delicious bacon , yum yum ! I’ll definitely be back. Very soon. The owners are super friendly, the place is very chill,super comfortable to relax . Everything is homemade and just fabulous!I also left with half loaf of homemade sourdough bread!! Highly highly recommend ! They for sure put love into there food

The food is incredible good! Every Saturday there is Kebab. We were first skeptical (from swiss / germany) but we were surprised, this was one of the best kebab we ever had (also vegetarian option possible) with cheese imported from Switzerland! The hospitality is great. You will not regret it. Thanks!

I am mainly vegetarian, but once a month I go meat. Love their Saturday special. Good service, very pleasant staff and owners.

Incredible Kebab on Saturday

Best place on the island! Homemade delicious finger licking everything, nice beergarden, fun vibes and crazy animals! The special today was like a hug of my mum!

Donnerstags gibt’s Rippchen mit selbstgemachtem Kartoffelsalat, sollte man probiert haben. Auch die Atmosphäre, sowie Personal und alles drum herum passt einfach . :)
