personally i had a very bad experience
bought alien labs that via their line. they asked me if they could unseal it to check its working. i said no i want it sealed. i received an unsealed box that was clearly not authentic and now im being shut down when raising this as they say its standard in thailand.
the point is i was given a choice that was no real choice at all and it been sold an item without any hologram or authentication code
Now they arent responding to my messages anymore
it seems that i will probably be banned from ordering again, when all i wanted was a fair solution to this

Do not return your what you've bought at this shop or you'll have to pay for returning fee 100B (which I've never experienced before)
First I order the wrong product (my fault, which the shop reminded me to mention) then I wanted to exchange but they said I'll have to pay the delivery fees which I accept till then since I wanted to exchange/return it. But then they said they'll charge me for restocking fee, which is so greedy.
At first I was going to exchange it but after seeing that I have to pay for returning... I rather not buy from this shop anymore.
But of course it's not the shop's fault that they wanted to charge for restocking fee, it's me who ordered by mistake and not know that I had to pay for restocking fee. Next time please put a sign board in front of the shop that you charge for restocking fee.
