Since the legalization you can now buy cannabis dried flower/bud here 3500thb for 100g. Currently 100g is the minimum you can buy so I didn't purchase. It does not smell like cannabis unfortunately. I was told this is a strain they have developed themselves and imaginatively named "Mae Jo". They claim 15-19% THC but it doesn't look it. It is not a proper shop yet, you need to ask staff there and they will find someone who can open the storeroom. They plan to have a shop here and one at main Uni location.

No you can't get high. The variety of plants they are growing contains minimal amounts of THC. You can buy bags of it on site 1500thb for 100g. You are only buying leaves not buds but even the buds wouldn't get you high. Here's the 100g next to a helmet
