Hands down the best dispensary in Pattaya. The selection of products trumps every other vendor and the prices are competitive. Other shops stock some of the products they offer but I’ve found the quality at Helter Skelter to be absolutely top notch.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend the place highly enough. 6 stars.
