Top Shelf is not just a name, it is an experience.<br><br>This is a brand new but growing place that has seen 33 5-Star reviews since it's opening 4 days ago.<br><br>They have drinks, pipes and bongs that are handcrafted by a glass blower in Chiang Mai, and their Brownie-Fu is most powerful.<br><br>Nicely decorated easy to find car parking. (good but you got to watch out for the even/ odd days on main streets.<br><br>Easy to find just look for the green neon and the highly visible circular dispensary sign. I end up talking to the owner for a good hour and a half.<br><br>Expand your mind, and take a voyage.<br>Top Shelf. They name it like they sell it!
