Rasta baby has the best Thai dishes out of all restaurants or bars we went to over a 8 day stay which would number in the mid teens I’d say. Their food was rated the best by both myself and my wife and the other couple we were traveling with. Their only food issue I had was with portions, we ate there 3/4 times and each time the portion size changed mostly getting smaller when it didn’t start large to begin with.
They offer western style food and even Mexican but you will have to pay about triple the price no idea if it’s any good we only got Thai dishes.
Their staff are great and were very accommodating and helpful when we were explaining that one of us had a soy allergy through Google Translate.
Great view of the beach and the bar itself is a very cool wooden treehouse beach hut.
They have a beach area in front with lounge chairs for paying customers also, I think you have to have paid at least 100baht in the restaurant to use them.

Chill plek met best aardig eten. Personeel is behoorlijk paranoia als het om hun regel gaat dat je hun stoelen mag gebruiken bij een minimale besteding van 100 bath. Zelfs echt onredelijk terwijl we uiteindelijk wel 10x dat bedrag hebben uitgegeven. Fijne plek maar weinig echte rasta spirit

Joli endroit. Dommage que le service soit si désagréable. Poussé à acheter alors qu’on a même pas fini nos verres. Le cocktail est un jus du supermarché servi dans un verre en plastique. On nous porte alors l’addition comme s’il voulait qu’on parte. On était venu voir les musiciens mais on est parti car mal alaise. Le gérant oublie qu’un bar est fait pour avoir du bon temps et pas seulement un lieu où l’on consomme. Rasta cet endroit n’a que le nom.
Si le lieu est parfait, joli bar sur la plage bénéficiant de l'ombre généreuse d’un gros arbre l'accueil est plus que mitigé, désagréable sensation de ne pas être bienvenu. Pas grave la plage est pleine de resto agréables avec des serveurs souriants et sympathiques...
We went to see the DJ advertised for that day but there was nothing on. We got cocktails anyway to watch the sunset but when I tried to move to the lower seating area for a better view they told me I had to come back and couldn't sit there. We went the rest of our time there feeling pressured to leave as they kept pressing the menu on us and then pushing us to pay. It was weird and really bad vibes. The cocktails were served in a plastic cup with no love and no alcohol. I can imagine this is a wonderful place any other time, honestly felt like a glitch as everyone else seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves and hopefully that'll be your experience.
Had great food with an excellent vibe and soothing music.

Nous étions déjà venus plusieurs fois l'an dernier. Nous y repassons plusieurs fois aussi cette année.
On y a pas mangé juste bu 2 bières mais l’endroit est sympa et il y a des concerts parfois…
