Both times they have given a generous amount of free products to try. The 1st order they forgot 1 product (1g) so no big deal, but also gave 5g of free products to try. I informed them about the missed product out of courtesy, I was not in any way asking for a refund as they gave me 5g+ free products and missed 1g. They still sent me the missing product + another 3x 1g products to try. Each time my delivery arrived within 24hours. They deserve a 5+++ star rating
