Very disappointing experience.
The owner of the shop is very rude, and the staff behave the same way. I have bought from this shop before, but this time they spoke to me in an impolite and disrespectful manner and even blamed me for things I did not do.
This is the first time in my life I have faced such an experience.
Honestly, it was shocking and unacceptable.
