สไตล์ฮ่องกงที่ใช้หมูรมควันกับไม้โกงกาง ให้มีกลิ่น 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞 จากนั้นชุบด้วยซอสหมูแดงที่ผสมน้ำผึ้งดอกสาบเสือ เบิร์นไฟจนเป็นคาราเมลเป็นหมูย่างน้ำผึ้ง วางโปะบนข้าวสวยร้อน ๆ เสิร์ฟพร้อมไข่ดาวเยิ้มๆ และคะน้าฮ่องกง ฟินมาก ปลิดวิญญาณของแทร่

พึ่งไปลองกินครั้งแรกก็ติดใจเลยค่ะ กับเมนู ข้าวปลิดวิญญาณ ที่มีหมูแดง ฉ่ำๆ หอม หวานมากกก แถมยังนุ่ม (พิมพ์เอง ตอนนี้ยังหิวเลยค่ะ ^^) ส่วนเมนูอื่นๆก็อร่อยค่ะ อย่างกระเพราะปลาผัดแห้ง กระเพราะปลาได้มาแบบเน้นๆ แถมมีเนื้อปูผสมในจานด้วย ชอบบบ และยิ่งกินคู่กับ เกี๊ยวหมูน้ำใสร้อนๆ คือฟินค่ะ ขนมจีบก็ได้มาแบบก้อนใหญ่เลย โดยรวมไปกินครั้งแรกแล้วติดใจ ต้องกลับไปซ้ำอีกครั้งแน่นอนค่ะ

เห็นร้านนี้ขึ้นฟีดในติ้กตอกดูน่ากินมากก เลยไปลองกินดูคือไม่ผิดหวัง โดยเฉพาะหมูแดงที่นี่คือนุ่มหอมอร่อยมากกก เป็นเมนูแนะนำที่ต้องสั่งเลย เมนูอื่นๆก็รสชาติดีสมตามที่เค้ารีวิวกันเลย ราคาไม่แรงด้วย ไปกับเพื่อนสั่งมาหลายๆอย่าง คุ้มม👏🏻👏🏻
มาทีืนี่ครั้งแรก อาหารอร่อยมากเลยค่ะ
I feel terrible having to delist a restaurant off the food list I have for Bangkok but I feel it is only fair to provide a fair review and share with all tourists planning to come to this restaurant
This restaurant is open up till 2am, but at 10pm it was sold out of all roasted pork, roasted duck and char siew. Given that the menu is limited in my honest opinion, one might consider and think twice or call to check before heading down.
We ordered the following:
- Orange Chicken
- Fish Maw Soup (S)
- Crab Claw Noodles (S)
- 2 Fried Eggs
First and foremost, it could be a concept for the restaurant menu’s but I have never ever had cold fried eggs served up to the table before. The eggs portion could be better in my honest opinion, they looked really small.
Next, the orange chicken served was soft and red on the inside. Again, it could be what the locals are used to and not for tourists, but will suggest to check with customers if they are fine with red soft meat on the insides of chicken because that can come across uncooked. We left it untouched after discovering the 2nd piece with blood on the inside out of the 4 pieces.
The crab claw noodle could probably do with flavouring, the noodles tasted quite bland and dry.
Oh, on top of that the crab meat was also served cold?
The redeeming dish was the fish maw soup.
Oh, that’s because it was piping hot.
The rest of the dishes served were pretty lukewarm, this was a rather disappointing dinner

而在这之前是在马来西亚的新山。
ข้าวปลิดวิญญาณคือเดอะเบส อร่อยทุกเมนูเลย ชอบมากๆค่ะ
The staff is very bad, no service mind and impolite always working on delivery order and ignore the customer at the restaurant. Order management is awful the bill is all wrong. The food is average. I don’t recommend going to this restaurant you will have a bad experience go find other restaurants.

went to dine in two times, and food is amazing but the kitchen is very slow. make sure you’re not super hungry when you get here. and i think it’s best to order delivery than dine in.
Cha siu was not as succulent as I expected. Out 6 pieces, only 1 piece had some fat and hence was a bit juicy.
The egg had to be charged additionally.
The Chopsticks on Sukhumvit delivers authentic Chinese flavors with standout dishes like tender char sui pork and crispy duck boasting perfectly rendered fat and crispy skin. While the atmosphere channels Chinatown vibes, complete with nostalgic Chinese tea, the limited seating is compensated by late-night hours and a cozy second-floor bar offering. Despite minor seasoning issues, this spot is a must-visit for those craving traditional Chinese cuisine in Bangkok's bustling district.
燒鴨還行，牛腩麵的牛腩好吃但乾麵居然沒調味，有點失敗，不能付現金，櫃檯人員不會講英文
เป็นร้านอาหารจีนสไตล์ฮ่องกงที่อร่อย อยู่กลางเมือง ราคาปานกลางค่อนไปทางสูง รสชาติออกไปทางเค็มนิด ๆ หวานหน่อย ๆ ใครที่ชอบอาหารจีนรสชาติกลมกล่อมหอม ๆ จะชอบมาก ข้าวผัดหยางโจวทำได้ดีมากครับ บะหมี่หมูแดงแทบไม่ต้องราดน้ำเพิ่มเลย อร่อยมากอยู่แล้ว
การเดินทางแนะนำให้มา BTS ครับ รถมาเองต้องหาที่จอดที่อื่น
ที่ร้านมีน้ำซุปให้ซดอุ่น ๆ ฟรีคนละถ้วย

-ฮะเก๋า หอมมาก ๆ อร่อยมาก ให้เป็นเมนูที่ห้ามพลาดเลยสำหรับร้านนี้ครับ
-ชาจีน หอม ราคาเท่าน้ำเปล่า
Roast pork is very very good! Roast duck also well made. Rice was fragrant and you can order extra meat, rice, bok choy, etc. Music they play is modern (R&B, Alt Rock, etc), so it would appeal to a younger clientele. Recommended

หมูกรอบ: หนังกรอบ ส่วนที่ไม่ใช่หนังนี่ก็โคตรนุ่ม
บะหมี่แห้งเป็ด: บะหมี่เส้นเล็ก ลวกมาแข็งหน่อยๆ เหมือนร้าน Mak เป็ดอร่อย เส้นก็ชอบ

ไม่สนใจการจดออเด้อลูกค้า จดผิดบ้าง ไม่ครบบ้าง น้ำที่สั่งไปหมดก็ไม่มีการแจ้ง ลูกค้าที่มาทีหลังได้ก่อน
ระบบการรันคิวที่ร้านแย่มาก สงสัยชินกับออ
เด้อออนไลน์ ยิ่งนั่งชั้นสอง ยิ่งถูกลืม
สุขอนามัยในร้านไม่ต้องถาม ห้องน้ำ ทางเดิน สกปรกมาก ขนาดยังเช้าอยู่
ที่จอดรถไม่มี ลำบาก
อาหารเทียบกับราคา ยังสูงมาก เมื่อเทียบกับภัตตาคารที่อร่อยเทียบเท่า
ลองมาทานให้รู้ คงไม่ซ้ำแน่นอน
