באתי בידיעה בדיוק מה אני רוצה, אבל המוכר ניסה באגרסיביות לשכנע אותי לקנות מותג יקר יותר, בטענה ששלי "איכות נמוכה". הם לא נתנו עצות; הם פשוט דחפו מוצרים להגיע למכסת מכירות. הרגשתי לחוץ כל הזמן. סביבת מכירות מאוד מרתיעה.
