Excellent service. I was skeptical about spending so much cash over the internet, especially as there is no physical store, but total pleasure to deal with. Attentive service up to the sale of the product and gives good advice. But then there was a shipping issue and I was sent the wrong model (warehouse mistake). Very afraid it was going to be a situation where once money had exchanged hands, it was my problem or would be corrected very slowly. AsiaVape bent over backwards to correct the problem and get me my product on the same day. After-sale care is as good as the pre-sale care. If I got the right product on time, it would have been 4 stars, but after seeing the care and level of effort put in after the sale was made....... the whole experience is easily 5 stars. Won't buy from anywhere else now.

The place is a Warehouse, not a shop. If you want any product, you have to make an appointment first. Got my product in 2 days, been testing it out for about a week now it works perfectly fine, great service also on Line. Can't miss.

I spent several hours trying to find the actual physical location of Asiavape in Bkk as listed on their website it doesn't exist as far as I can tell. Lovely way to spend my day. Cheers!
