These homies cook the best meat across the whole thailand. The meat is so fresh, juicy and tender just like on Soi Nana. Amazing service and hospitality. It reminded me of visiting Nanas house for dinner. 11/10 must try.

Wow! This place should be full every night, but luckily it's still a hidden gem. What an amazing meat they have here. We had the striplion and steak, they know how to cook it. We have to come back because we didn't take any pictures of these beautiful and tasty dishes 😜 best meat we had in Thailand in 3 years. I would say: come quickly before they will be sold out every night!! 100% recommend this place.

Came here for a stop to get something to eat, the exterior looked nice and clean and updated. Ended up returning multiple times! The food was spot on, and the staff were great i'd definitely come back again and again! Favourite was the Steak Frites upgraded to triple cooked. The flavour was unreal :)

I can't even describe how good this meal was but I'm going to do my best. This is the best food on the island, and that's not a knock on any of the competitors. The hanger steak was out of this world-- Cook to the perfect beautiful temperature, a delicious crispy seer, melt in your mouth wagyu. The American Hot dog was that better than any American hot dog I've ever had. Get it. I can't even describe the fries. They were layers of crispiness and make my mouth water even after eating I'm an hour ago. The sauce to Paris (spelling?) was zesty and layered. The salsa will haunt my dreams. Just go eat here already and thank me later. Amazing!

Had a meal a lovely meal here. We had the steak and it was cooked perfectly and great quality. One of the best steaks I’ve had on Koh tao. We also tried the sausages which were great. Mash potatoes also a big highlight!

Don't let the name fool you! This is a delicious experience. Laid back but high quality. You order what you want (striploin for me) and they let you pick your cut of wagyu before cooking. Then you pick your sides (mushrooms and corn puré for me) and optional sauces. YOU MUST TRY THE CARAMELIZED ONION SAUCE. Its basically crack. I don't usually dip wagyu into anything but the sauce was so good that I finished it before my steak. I walked in expecting bar food because of the name but they have awesome food at awesome prices and I''ll definitely be back again.

EDITED/updated. 4th visit now. Returned to Koh Tao today and came straight to Buds. New menu. New look. Even more of the wow factor. The burger was, honestly the best I’ve had anywhere. The accompanying sauces and fries and onion rings and the marrow was exceptionally good. Next day we had Beef Wagyu Pad Krapow with duck eggs 🤩 the all new Ocean Gin & Tonic & Melon Limedrop cocktail 🍸 If you’re looking at this review to see what people think of Buds Bar N Grill, I can tell you now, don’t go anywhere else. Wow 🤩 our party of four had steaks and a Tomahawk pork chop with mushroom mash and fries and some kind of delicious sauces alongside. I’ve had steaks in Texas that are easily as good. Anyway, please take my word for it. Pay a wee bit more for the best food you can get. Amazing chilled atmosphere, friendly staff, fantastic food. The steak is the best we've had anywhere in Thailand. The triple cooked fries are also unbelievable 🤤

Nachdem meine beiden Töchter auf Empfehlung dort essen waren, musste ich auch gleich an nächsten Abend dort essen gehen weil sie mir sagten das es dort Wagyu Steak gibt 1a Qualität Fleisch, diese Café dem Paris Sauce ist der absolute Wahnsinn !!! Die Vorspeise mit Garnelen ist ein Muss sagte man uns und das war auch so Meine Frau hatte dann Fish & Chips und unser Sohn hatte einen Hotdog mit österreichischem Käsekrainer Was mir sehr gefallen hat war dir große Bierauswahl Cooles Ambiente und wir werden an jetzt definitiv öfter dort essen gehen ! Ein Traum für jeden Fleisch und Bier Liebhaber

Wir haben nach gutem Steak gesucht und Bekannte haben uns dann von diesem Lokal erzählt. 10/10 für beide Gerichte ❤️ das Wagyu Steak mit knusprigen Zwiebelringen war on Point gebraten und Fish&chips war mit frischem Fisch 😍 unserer Tochter hat das sehr gut geschmeckt weil es auch super knusprig war ! Ich habe mir dann auch noch einen Cocktail of the day machen lassen der dann zum Abschluss sehr erfrischend war ! Super liebe Bedienung und auch kinderfreundlich !

First time here..i was greeted by Matt the owner who is very friendly and welcoming. I had Austrian cheese sausages with hand cut french fries .. very tasty and hit the spot. I will be back.

Only just opened on the island! Great atmosphere and fantastic food! I mean just look at the Triple Cooked Chips - decent cocktail menu too!
