Having arrived in Kata Beach a few days ago and experienced ,welcoming friendly people. Booked table for front sea view in advance for meal and fire display on a Tuesday. Made our way to restaurant to find out no table for us. Spoke to the person we had booked table with, laughed in our face and couldn’t care less. Be aware if booking table!! Have since spoken to people at our hotel and prices on menu is not what you get!!

Great food with the perfect view. Friendly staff and prices are very reasonable for it being on the beach.

Nice place shame about the food, average at best. Great location and outlook but like others on here resulted in food poisoning for me and my wife.

Worst cocktail of my life. Came out looking grey. Don’t know why I drank it! Probably contributed to my food poisoning that night! Great view. Stick to the beer.

Superb view and reasonable prices
I like the view and vibe at Ska Bar, but be aware - they charged about 10 baht higher on some drink and food items than advertised on the menu. It wasn’t on every item, but several of them. It was only a few bucks, but this is just shady behavior - be transparent on the price up front.
They also tried to charge 5% for using a card - this is high. 3% is typical in Phuket, if there is any charge at all.
We did ask the waiter about the price difference and even looked at the menu together. We were just told the “Menu is wrong. More now.” That would have been nice to know when we ordered.
Essen und auch die direkte Lage am Strand absolut klasse nur leider ist das Personal nicht ganz so freundlich wie man das aus anderen Restaurants in Thailand kennt.
Kartenzahlung bedeutet 5% Aufschlag die man selbst tragen soll. Ich konnte dazu allerdings nirgends einen Hinweis finden.
