I recently had a mix-up with my order and accidentally bought two lots of sativa edibles when I had actually meant to get one sativa and one indica. When I realized the mistake, I went back to the store to see if I could exchange the unopened package. Initially, the employees told me it wasn’t possible, but after a few discussions and back-and-forth calls with the store owner, he made an exception and allowed the exchange. I really appreciated the effort and understanding, especially since I hadn’t opened or touched the extra pack.
This level of customer service goes a long way, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll continue coming back. I’m now signing up for a membership because of how well they handled the situation. Thanks again for making things right—I highly recommend this place!
